Arabba is part of the Sella Ronda ski circuit in the dramatically beautiful Val di Fassa ski area.
Other ski resorts in the Val di Fassa include Campitello, Canazei and Alba. The ski area at Arabba is part of the Sella Ronda ski circuit offering around 170km of ski pistes and furthermore, Arabba is also part of the Super Ski Dolomiti area, the worlds biggest, offering over 1200km of ski pistes. The local ski pistes in Arabba and the Sella Ronda are well suited to intermediates with numerous long red ski pistes. Beginners have local nursery slopes and in the extensive Sella Ronda there is plenty of advanced ski terrain and off piste skiing. Heli skiing is on offer from Arabba and snow and year round skiing are guaranteed at the local Marmolada glacier. Sat amongst the dramatic scenery of Dolomites, Arabba is typical of the South Tirolean villages, a pleasant blend of Austrian and Italian history, but the après ski in Arabba is somewhat limited.
